Hello to summer 2011!
Now that it’s June there are so many more options for spending time…softball games, golfing, walks in the park, just hanging out with friends.
It’s also an excellent time to get in shape—not only physically, but emotionally. Longer days (i.e. more daylight hours) improve our moods and our ability to deal with difficult issues whether they are in our personal lives or work relationships.
